THE MISSION IS CLEAR
It’s both our mission and our passion to show the world His love, tell them His truth, and involve them. As a church family, NorthRidge has generously undertaken significant local and global investments of compassion. We have taken our mission very seriously as we have repeatedly poured ourselves into the lives of people and organizations around the world. And while we continue to grow in our generosity toward others, it was also important, during our ALL IN campaign, to focus, invest and steward the facilities God has given us. One of our firmly held values is that excellence honors God and inspires people. We believe that the way we worship and serve as well as the place we gather needs to reflect this value. Those who committed to increasing their generosity as part of the ALL IN campaign helped us to continue our outward investments of compassion while also being able to invest in our current facilities.
We’re so proud of and grateful to all who have and remain committed to honoring God and waking the world up to Jesus by giving through the ministries of NorthRidge Church.
And now, brothers and sisters, we want you to know about the grace that God has given the Macedonian churches. In the midst of a very severe trial, their overflowing joy and their extreme poverty welled up in rich generosity. For I testify that they gave as much as they were able, and even beyond their ability. Entirely on their own, they urgently pleaded with us for the privilege of sharing in this service to the Lord’s people. And they exceeded our expectations: They gave themselves first of all to the Lord, and then by the will of God also to us…since you excel in everything—in faith, in speech, in knowledge, in complete earnestness and in the love we have kindled in you—see that you also excel in this grace of giving.– 2 Corinthians 8:1-7
